Jonesy feels dejected when Susie connects with a charming victim of a car theft ring that the Heelers are investigating. In a bid to prove himself, he recklessly enters a ute surfing contest, determined to help a young man and his pregnant sister in distress. Meanwhile, Joss attempts to lure car thieves using his BMW, but things take an unexpected turn, leading to the loss of his prized vehicle in a different manner.
