At Mt. Thomas station, secrets abound. Maggie and PJ return from their holiday, completely smitten with each other but resolved to keep their romance hidden, especially from Tom. Meanwhile, Nick and Adam have intercepted Dash’s Confirmation Certificate, planning to frame it for a surprise presentation. Simultaneously, Tom and Chris are working together to organize a surprise 20th birthday celebration for Dash. Amidst all this, a frantic Elly Winslow arrives, seeking police protection, as her ex-husband Danny Hobson has just been released from prison in Queensland for sexually abusing his son, leaving her terrified he may come after them.
