Valuables are vanishing, one resident is discovered dead under puzzling circumstances, and another puts everyone at risk after experiencing hallucinations from marijuana use. Are the two teens doing Community Service behind these incidents, or is Yvonne Dunn, the home's Administrator, hiding something sinister with her unusual influence over the residents? Someone is so eager to secure a spot at Eventide that they’re willing to push current residents out. As the Heelers delve deeper, they realize the immense power of love drives actions in both the elderly and the young. Meanwhile, resident Leila Clegg reveals there have been other thefts, causing Yvonne’s behavior to raise red flags. She defends her inaction on reporting the thefts, claiming it would disturb the residents, especially after Eventide has lost several homes recently.
