Episode Overview

Bob Barker, a new resident, arrives at the station to file a burglary report. However, Maggie and PJ soon uncover that rather than just missing belongings, Bob's entire house has vanished. They accompany him to the property he claims he hasn't visited in five years, following his aunt's passing, only to discover the stumps where his home once stood. The Heelers inform Bob and his daughter, Pippa, that pursuing the case could be challenging, given the theft might have happened anytime in the last five years. Strapped for cash, Bob worries about where to sleep, prompting Tom to arrange a shift for him at the Imperial in exchange for a room. Meanwhile, PJ and Maggie begin searching for the missing house but hit dead ends at every turn. The only local house moving company hasn’t been in that business for ages, and other leads, like stolen parts being sold for cash, yield no results.
