Jo is persuaded by Jonesy to dismiss a speeding ticket after he realizes the offender is his old friend, Ian Bolger. Later, Jo's suspicions are aroused when she spots a man she believes to be a burglar from the past. She brings him to the station, only for him to be released immediately, leaving her puzzled as PJ, Tom, and Tess refuse to explain the situation or the identity of the unusual visitors.
