Ellie visits Milena's office under a false identity, offering to assist with organizing paperwork while secretly searching for information on how Milena was connected to Greg. During her visit, Milena's business partner, Frances Shaw, confides in Ellie about her troubled marriage, revealing that she has developed feelings for Milena's partner. When Ellie probes further about Frances's lover, their conversation is cut short, but they arrange to continue the discussion later at the office. Upon returning, Ellie discovers that she's missed her chance to talk.
