Episode Overview

Ed is representing Dennis in a small car accident case, but when the opposing lawyer demands an outrageous sum, Dennis pushes for a settlement to wrap things up. Meanwhile, Ed makes an effort to revive the traditional Thanksgiving Day parade. On another front, Nancy finds herself in a rivalry with other "cookie moms" after her plans to launch her own cookie line are undermined.
