Brett is determined to clear his name, so he makes two trips to the Internal Affairs office to locate the murder book. Unfortunately, his initial visit doesn't go as he had hoped, and things take a turn for the worse during his second attempt. With no options left, he finds himself resorting to taking a hostage in a desperate bid for answers.
