Episode Overview
Title: The Wealthy Cat Conundrum Plot: Martin is baffled by the absurdity of Rosemary Willis leaving a staggering $650,000 to her cat, Max. The estate's lawyer, Morton Beanbecker, threatens Tim with legal action if he continues to criticize the will and its late owner. However, Beanbecker hints at another will, supposedly favoring a children’s orphanage, which might be either unsigned or concealed. Sensing that Beanbecker desires the second will to surface, Martin and Tim investigate. They discover that Max's guardians, Rosemary's sister Aggie and her husband Charles, seem to be misusing funds. Surprisingly, Max reveals he hid the unsigned will himself. With no legal precedent found, Martin impersonates Rosemary in a séance, instructing Aggie to redirect the funds to the orphanage, which she willingly agrees to do.
