Episode Overview

After a tough day, Danny comes home to find the girls feeling down, and Joey is also in a funk after a rough "Ranger Joe" episode. To lift their spirits, Danny proposes a "Tanner Family Fun Night" to help everyone unwind. Meanwhile, Jesse and Becky stay back with Nicky and Alex. Danny, Joey, and the girls head to a pirate-themed seafood restaurant, where D.J. worries about running into her classmate Shelly Phillips. As the atmosphere grows tense, the mood shifts when they are playfully made to "walk the plank" into a ball pit. Back at home, Jesse and Becky clash over parenting choices for Nicky and Alex, especially with Alex having a fever for the first time.
