Episode Overview
Steve heads to a seminar in Los Angeles with his film class, but D.J. doesn't share his enthusiasm. A few days later, she confides in Becky about her concerns regarding their relationship. That evening, Steve calls from Los Angeles, sounding cheerful and full of excitement. D.J. goes mountain climbing at Eagle Mountain with Kimmy and her boyfriend, Keanu. When Steve returns to San Francisco, he feels like D.J. has been distant. After a heated argument, he leaves upset. Later, D.J. shares with Danny that she feels disconnected from Steve. The next day, D.J. takes Steve to Eagle Mountain, where they have an important conversation and ultimately decide to end their relationship due to their fading passion.
