Episode Overview

While working on repairs at the town hall, Chippy Minton and his assistant Nibbs stumble upon a leaking water tank. They promptly bring in the plumber, Mr. Wilkins, who assesses the situation and determines that the tank must be replaced. However, he soon realizes that he can't remove the old tank by himself, prompting them to call the fire brigade for assistance.
