Episode Overview
When ViCAP connects the River Murders to a pharmaceutical company, Clarice turns to Julia Lawson, the firm's accountant, for assistance. However, Julia is unwilling to cooperate with the FBI, particularly with Clarice. Meanwhile, Catherine steps outside for the first time since her harrowing experience with Buffalo Bill. Additionally, Ardelia and Agent Garrett reach out to a lawyer in hopes of securing representation for the Black Coalition's lawsuit against the FBI.
