En route to a Chinese New Year celebration in San Francisco, Captain Caveman and the Teen Angels come to the aid of a truck driver from a fortune cookie company. The company’s CEO, Mr. Chin, has been facing challenges due to a mysterious figure known as Dragonhead. Upon discovering the truck, they find that while the fortune cookies are missing, the fortunes remain intact. Intrigued, Captain Caveman and the Teen Angels delve deeper into the mystery surrounding the theft.
