Episode Overview

While on vacation, Linka heads to Washington D.C. to spend time with her cousin and uncle. However, danger lurks nearby, as Verminous Skumm has manipulated her cousin into using a new drug called Bliss. Skumm's sinister plan also involves gaining control over Linka, putting her in jeopardy as he seeks to ensnare her in his web of influence.
