The team is drawn into a perilous situation when Hollis Doyle's daughter is abducted and held for ransom. At the same time, David's life remains at risk, prompting him to find refuge at Pope & Associates. Olivia and Jake escalate their flirtation, despite the President leaning on Jake for crucial information. In the White House, Cyrus is determined to regain the President's favor by any means necessary. Meanwhile, Mellie becomes assertive, insisting that Fitz must implement some significant changes.
