Robin Hood (2006)

Episode Overview

A gravely injured messenger, missing a leg, escapes from Locksley Manor, hotly pursued by Gisborne's men, and collapses into Robin's arms. In his final moments, he reveals that King Richard urgently needs Robin to join the fight in the Holy Land, and whispers the name "Lardner." Meanwhile, the Sheriff seethes with anger over the messenger's escape, especially as he and Gisborne are also searching for Lardner, after a fortune-telling Fool foretold that the "ring of Lardner" would bring chaos.
