Episode Overview

The middle school is gearing up for an exciting Halloween Fright Night event. Lizzie dreams of dressing up as Vampira, the fearsome dungeon mistress, but Kate, the organizer, claims that role for herself. As punishment, Lizzie is assigned to tidy up the janitor's closet and ends up as a balloon-toting clown. Meanwhile, Miranda is joined by her parents, who are celebrating the Day of the Dead, showcasing vibrant skulls and skeletons to honor their ancestors. Kate puts on a friendly front in front of Miranda's family, but once they leave, she harshly tells Miranda to discard their decorations. Miranda cautions Kate that showing disrespect for the deceased could bring bad luck upon her.
