Ari pushes Vince to consider hiring a more competent manager, prompting Eric to reflect on his own role and decisions. Meanwhile, Drama decides to ditch a rehearsal for the "Vagina Monologues" – not surprisingly – to join Vince and the crew at a raucous party thrown by an alluring actress.
