When a bomb threat disrupts Grimsburg's annual Virgin Pageant, the Grimsburg Police Department requires an undercover operative, leading them to enlist Summers as a contestant. To help him navigate the competition, Wynona, a past pageant winner, steps in to provide guidance and training reminiscent of Miss Congeniality. As tensions rise, both the pageant and Flute's romantic entanglement take center stage.
