Episode Overview

Rogers is busy maneuvering a toy crane in the sandbox. Meanwhile, in the Neighborhood of Make-Believe, a gigantic crane successfully captures the Trolley, lifting it high into the air. This allows the neighbors to convene and brainstorm ways to help the Trolley slow down.
