Episode Overview

Rogers is on the hunt for a washer to complete his fountain project. Rather than borrowing one from Bob Trow's workshop, he opts to leave a note instead. Meanwhile, in the Neighborhood of Make-Believe, the Castle's fountain is only partially functioning. Additionally, Lady Elaine has disassembled the windmill at Someplace Else for reasons that remain a mystery.
