When the light in Picture-Picture goes dark, Rogers heads over to Negri's Music Shop to pick up a replacement bulb. Meanwhile, in the Neighborhood of Make-Believe, chaos ensues as the telecan kiosk near the Tree starts to wobble erratically, causing concern among the residents.
