Rogers observes the Brown Marionette Company as they get ready for their show of The Shoemaker and the Elves. Meanwhile, in the Neighborhood of Make-Believe, a self-proclaimed Master Mister Magic Maker is eager to showcase his magic tricks. However, not everyone is impressed, and some see him more as a troublemaker than a performer.
