Episode Overview

Elsie Neal showcases her collection of circus miniatures. Meanwhile, Purple Panda makes his way back to the Neighborhood of Make-Believe, feeling nostalgic for the circus and his companions. In an effort to bring the excitement of the circus to the NOM, King Friday also sets out to arrange a special event for the community.
