Episode Overview

Rogers proudly presents his driver's license. He agrees to assist Mr. McFeely by delivering a package to Trow's workshop, where Robert Trow is instructing a professional artist in the art of silkscreening. Meanwhile, the Neighborhood of Make-Believe has anxiously anticipated the arrival of the license for MGR-TV over the weekend. Despite a few remaining challenges, X and Mr. McFeely find themselves at an empty studio. Just then, Lady Elaine and King Friday rush in, excited to see MGR-TV back on the air.
