Episode Overview

Mister Rogers comes to visit with a St. Bernard named Rondo, whom Mr. McFeely had been taking for a walk. Mister Rogers decides to borrow Rondo to introduce him to his viewers. Meanwhile, in the Neighborhood of Make-Believe, the power has been successfully restored, bringing MGR-TV back to life and back on the air once again.
