Episode Overview

Stan is determined to outdo his competitor, Chuck White, in the race to become the new deacon of their church. At the same time, Roger's "temporary issue," which Stan hopes to exploit, leads to chaos for Steve, Betsy, the rest of the family, and eventually backfires on Stan himself.
