Stan is eager to represent the Langley chapter at the Republican National Convention, but when he’s overlooked for another candidate, he reluctantly accepts an endorsement from the local Gay Republicans chapter. Despite the disapproval from those around him regarding his new path, Stan chooses to pursue his passion and speaks out for their cause, staying true to himself.
