Following a heated argument about a parking ticket, Stan finds himself in trouble after he punches a male meter maid. As a result, the judge assigns him two weeks of community service, specifically as a meter maid. At the same time, Hayley decides to pose nude for an art class, only to discover that one of the artists is none other than Roger.
