In an effort to make Stan happy, Steve decides to join a football team. However, when Stan steps in as the new coach, he ends up cutting Steve from the squad due to his lack of skill. Meanwhile, Francine and Hayley find themselves in a fierce competition for a blue ribbon at the county fair.
