Episode Overview

Frustrated by the constant traffic jams, Stan approaches the mayor with a suggestion to construct a bullet train, only to be met with laughter. Encouraged by Roger, Stan decides to run for mayor himself. To his surprise, he wins the election, but soon realizes the responsibilities and challenges of the role are more than he anticipated.
