In a bizarre attempt to meet The Weeknd, Roger plots to infect Steve with bubonic plague so he can qualify for Make-A-Wish. In retaliation, Stan kidnaps The Weeknd to show Roger the error of his ways. Meanwhile, Hayley sets her sights on seducing the famous musician, adding to the chaos of the situation.
