Stan is eager for Steve to gain popularity and resorts to drastic actions by giving him steroids to help him bulk up and fit in at school. However, the steroids lead to unforeseen consequences, resulting in Steve attracting far more attention than anticipated. Meanwhile, after Hayley creates a film depicting Francine's life as a homemaker, Francine becomes inspired to pursue a new path as a doctor.
