In an attempt to fool Steve into going to summer camp, Stan's plan backfires spectacularly, and Steve finds himself at a refugee camp instead. Undeterred by the situation, Stan, ever the optimist, decides to join his son and organizes a camp Olympics, pitting the refugees against the rebel group situated across the river.
