Episode Overview

To secure a promotion, Stan must persuade the dictator of Isla Island to endorse a treaty. During his encounter with the general, an unfortunate accident leads to the general's death, prompting Stan to have Roger impersonate the island's leader. Meanwhile, Steve and Snot enter into a rivalry to see who can succeed in wooing each other's moms, escalating their competition in humorous ways.
