In 1968, Ruth is resolute in her quest to uncover the mystery behind Alice's death. Meanwhile, in 1987, Helen and Eddie decide to take Amy to see a psychiatrist. Fast forward to 2010, Mark sets up assistance for Nisha, who is growing more anxious, by bringing in a local woman to help with household tasks.
