In 1968, Robert tries to persuade a distressed Paul to depart from the village and start anew with Ruth. Fast forward to 1987, and Eddie and Helen are locked in a heated argument when Amy suddenly goes missing. Meanwhile, in 2010, a weary Nisha grows more and more disturbed by the peculiar happenings in the house.
