David, Kristen, and Ben investigate a pregnant woman who insists that one of her unborn twins is malevolent. Their search takes them to a fertility clinic, revealing links to various events they've faced throughout the season. Meanwhile, Kristen begins to doubt one of her daughter's potential for evil after discovering that she too was conceived at that same clinic.
