Max persuades the Chief to bring Fang out of retirement after several Control agents fall victim to their own dogs. Unbeknownst to the agents, their pets were subjected to brainwashing at a pet spa while they were away. When Fang goes missing during the investigation, Max defies orders to find him, prompting the Chief to embark on a daring rescue mission to save both Max and Fang.
