Episode Overview

The nefarious Whip employs a unique gong to put Max into a trance. Under the villain's influence, Max unwittingly pilfers the NARCO 5-12. Eventually, with assistance from the Chief and Larabee, Max breaks free from the Whip's hold, ultimately leading to the capture of the villain.
