Established in 1893 by the Sisters of Providence, this dilapidated structure is haunted by the souls of those who perished during the devastating flu epidemic of the early 20th century. As they navigate the eerie hallways, the restless spirits of former patients begin to reveal their tragic stories, forcing Nick and Katrina to confront the dark history of the hospital as they search for a way to escape.
