Episode Overview
Reggie takes on the responsibility of overseeing the Stimpleton's pool, but Otto and Twister come up with a plan to drain it for their DIY skate ramp. Unfortunately, their scheme goes awry when they inadvertently flood the Rocket's basement. Now, they must quickly devise a plan to redirect the water back to its rightful place before their dad discovers the mess. This episode marks the introduction of Ray Rocket and Tito Mackani.
