In the neutral territory of Archangel by the Barents Sea, disillusioned American expatriate Michael Ryan (Nathan Fillion) operates Heaven, a cozy coffee shop and music venue. Here, a blend of shady Russian locals, Hing soldiers, and other questionable figures gather, creating a vibrant yet perilous atmosphere.
