Episode Overview

Anne Reynolds is a distant young woman, estranged from her mother, Laura, and haunted by memories of her late father. Fearful of closeness, her life takes a drastic turn when she is attacked by a mugger while fixing a flat tire. After suffering severe injuries, she dies briefly on the operating table, only to be revived five minutes later. However, she soon realizes that something within her has shifted. Anne discovers that she was part of a pair of Siamese twins, and her mother made the heartbreaking decision to let her live, resulting in the death of her sister, Marie. Now, remnants of Marie's identity are beginning to emerge, transforming Anne.
