Episode Overview

Tom travels to sunny Los Angeles, California, where he assists homeowner Joshua Tano in fixing some cracked stucco. Meanwhile, back at the loft, Tom, Richard, Roger, and Kevin engage in a segment titled "What Is It?" Later, Roger demonstrates to Kevin how to maintain a lawnmower for a smooth summer by cleaning beneath the deck. Additionally, Richard lends a hand to Karen Kostegan from Bedford, Massachusetts, as she deals with a flooded basement by helping her install a pump to eliminate condensate from her dehumidifier.
