Episode Overview

Tom travels to Park Ridge, Illinois, to assist homeowner Richard Westphal in replacing a shattered window pane in an outside door. Meanwhile, in the loft, Tom and glass specialist Larry Rosenfield demonstrate various types of safety glass to Kevin. Later, Tom, Kevin, Richard, and Roger engage in a game of "What Is It?" Following that, Roger heads to Brookline, Massachusetts, where he helps Elizabeth Choi brighten her home by pruning her Pin Oak tree, with guidance from arborist Matt Foti.
