Next, master electrician Allen Gallant pays a visit to homeowner Kristen Berger in Leominster, Massachusetts, where he enhances a poorly lit basement with new fluorescent lighting. Following that, Tom, Kevin, Richard, and Roger engage in a fun segment called "What Is It?" Later, Kevin introduces Roger to a software program designed for creating three-dimensional landscape designs. Meanwhile, Richard visits Wendy Smith in Duxbury, Massachusetts, to guide her on replacing the damaged aluminum cover of an old baseboard heater.
