Kevin O'Connor travels to Southern California, where he connects with a local specialist to discover the best tools and methods for washing windows. Upon returning to the loft, Kevin joins landscaping expert Roger Cook, plumbing and heating guru Richard Trethewey, and general contractor Tom Silva to tackle the question, "What is it?" Richard then assists two homeowners in clearing sediment from their old electric water heater. Later on, he shares a few essential maintenance tips for keeping water heaters in good working order.
