Landscaping contractor Roger Cook travels to Dallas, Texas, to assist a homeowner in setting up an affordable in-ground sprinkler system. After that, he joins plumbing and heating specialist Richard Trethewey, general contractor Tom Silva, and host Kevin O'Connor for a segment titled, "What is it?" Later, Tom lends a hand to a homeowner as they pour fresh concrete footings for a deck in the backyard.
